Reliant Mortgage Company, LLC is a licensed mortgage banking company operating from its corporate home office in Beverly, MA. Reliant is licensed to conduct business in all six New England states and has branch locations at our home office in Beverly MA, Peabody MA, Westborough MA, Nashua NH, Manchester NH, and Portland ME.
Reliant’s senior management team consists of all mortgage banking professionals with over 20 years of mortgage banking experience. Previously, this management team were the principal owners of Assurance Mortgage Corporation of America (AMCA). Prior to its sale to H&R Block in 1999, AMCA was the largest privately held mortgage banking company in New England. Reliant’s President has served two terms as Chairman of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association and seven years on the board of New England Land Title Association.
Since its inception in 2000, Reliant has consistently been one of the most successful privately held mortgage banking companies in the New England market.
